Amanda’s passion for exceptional client service is at the heart of her real estate practice. Specializing in Tampa, St. Petersburg, and Sarasota, she is committed to providing every client with expert guidance, deep market knowledge, and a seamless experience whether buying, selling, or relocating.
Originally from Sydney, Australia, Amanda earned her Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Northern Sydney Institute and spent a decade in event planning within the hotel and hospitality industry. This experience shaped her expertise in client service, sales, and organization—skills she brings to every real estate transaction.
Amanda’s interest in real estate began with her own experience as a homeowner and investor. In 1995, she and her husband, Steve, purchased their first home in Sydney. Over the following 12 years, while raising their three children, Amanda bought, renovated, and sold multiple properties across Sydney, Tampa Bay, Sarasota, and Charlotte, NC. This firsthand experience gives her a unique perspective on the opportunities and challenges of real estate.
Licensed in Florida since 2006, Amanda also brings experience in homebuilding, remodeling, and employee relocation through her family business. This unique combination of personal and professional experience allows her to understand the process from every perspective and deliver thoughtful, highly personalized service.
Since 2011, Amanda and her husband Steve have split their time between their homes and businesses in Tampa and Sarasota. They are proud to support organizations including Renew Haiti, the St. Joseph’s Hospital Foundation, Arts Conservatory for Teens, Jesuit High School, St. Vincent de Paul Seminary, and Metropolitan Ministries.
